Whistleblower Protection

AKVEO POLAND LLC informs that, as of 14 April 2025, it applies the provisions of the Republic of Poland Act of 14 June 2024 “On the Protection of Whistleblowers”.

A whistleblower is an individual who reports or publicly discloses information regarding a breach of the law, obtained in a context related to the company. The criteria for being considered a whistleblower, as well as the procedures for submitting notifications of violations, are established by the internal regulations of AKVEO POLAND LLC, which can be reviewed on our website.

In connection with the introduction of this procedure, AKVEO POLAND LLC is publishing the following documents:

  • Internal Notification Regulations;

  • Violation Notification Form, including consent to disclose the whistleblower’s identity.

A whistleblower may submit a notification through the following channels:

  • Submit a written notification of the violation to the company’s address (Domaniewska Street, 17/19/133, 02-672, Warsaw, Poland);
