‍Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Generation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities by:

Conducting targeted outreach to prospective clients through email campaigns, LinkedIn.
Identifying and qualifying leads for software development and design services.
Collaborating closely with Sales and Account Managers to ensure smooth handoffs of SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency.
Analyzing data and market trends to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

‍Requirements

Experience: 1+ years in IT service sales, with a focus on lead generation via email, LinkedIn.
Proven Results: Success in generating B2B leads, especially for corporate software solutions.
Skills: Proficient in CRM tools, strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
English Proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
