This License grants you, the User, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital product (Item) you have downloaded.
You are licensed to use the Item for individual, not-for-profit purposes, e.g., educational, demo, etc. In this case, you have the right to create multiple End Products for yourself or clients, but the End Product itself may NOT be sold. An End Product is a customized application built using the Item.
You can also be allowed to use the Item for business purposes. In such case, you may sell it in the following circumstances:
Once you've received the right to use the Item for business purposes using any scenarios above, you can use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the End Product. You may also grant such permission to clients to whom you furnish the End Product.
You are not allowed to re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications as stock neither for individual use, nor for business use, in a tool or template, nor with source files. You can't do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items.
This license will be terminated if you breach it. Should this occur, you must stop making copies of or distributing the End Product until you remove the Item from it.
The software is provided "As-is," without any kind, express, or implied warranty, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of, or connected with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
