Our Retool engineers developed the app in one month and three weeks. It enabled the progression of planning activities and the development of various reports related to client data, contracted services, and planning progress. The tool also established a centralized data collection process for travel itineraries, allowing for efficient tracking and status reporting.

Data Capture and Management
- Develop an internal Retool app to collect and manage trip details, including destination, dates, and costs.
- Implement features to capture personal data for each participant, such as name, birthdate, address, email, phone number, passport, and other relevant information.
- Create a vendor or resource database with editable contact information, services, and other relevant data.
Planning and Tracking
- Establish a process for capturing travel itinerary data in one place.
- Develop a tool to utilize this centralized data for planning and tracking activities, providing status updates and key date reminders.
Report and Dashboard Automation with Retool
- Automate generating reports and dashboards to track itinerary development and deployment actions.
- Develop 21 reports to analyze client/traveler data, contracted services, and planning progress.
- Create three dashboards to present critical business metrics and data.
Vendor and Service Management
- Identify and manage vendor details, including dates, locations, and costs associated with services such as flights, lodging, transportation, tickets, and tours.
- Automatically populate trip services using data from the vendor resource database.
Centralized Data Collection
- Provide a centralized system to collect and analyze data from current and past trips.
- Use this data for future marketing efforts and generate trip participant demographic insights.
