Solution
We decided to create two custom dashboards in Retool to handle different aspects of Afore Capital's operations:
- Titan Dashboard—for managing inbound deals, logging company information, tracking deal statuses, and ensuring no data overlaps.
- PeopleFlow Talent Dashboard—for capturing and organizing LinkedIn data about potential founders, managing outreach, and automating ranking and follow-ups.
Using PhantomBuster, we automatically gathered and organized LinkedIn profiles for potential founders, making it easier to engage with high-potential candidates. Additionally, we set up workflows to automate email parsing, deal logging, and updates for stakeholders.

Scope of Work
Our main goal was to provide Afore Capital with an efficient lead management solution. For that we developed:
1. License Management
- Organized database to store all deal-related information. With it, all the relevant data, like vendor details, deal status, and other, was easy to access.
- Integrated tools to prevent data duplication and errors to help the team maintain clean and accurate records.
- Set up customizable views to allow users to sort and manage deals by key criteria, streamlining pipeline management.
2. Talent Management
- Integrated PhantomBuster to automate the capture of founder data from LinkedIn, allowing Afore Capital to quickly collect key details about potential founders.
- Designed an intuitive interface for tracking interactions and managing follow-ups with potential founders, ensuring no lead fell through the cracks.
- Created workflows that automatically rank potential founders based on predefined criteria.
3. Email Automation
- Built workflows that automatically parse incoming emails, extract deal information, and log it into the system.
- Managed automated notifications to alert stakeholders about important updates, new deals, or upcoming follow-ups.
- Ensured that automated responses were sent on time---keeping founders and clients informed without delays.
4. Reporting and Analytics
- Developed custom reports to track deal progress, founder engagement, and key performance metrics, giving Afore Capital the insights needed to make informed decisions.
- Created dashboards to visualize key metrics in real-time, so the team can monitor their lead generation and management efforts more effectively.
- Implemented features that allow for easy exporting of reports to CSV and integration with accounting systems, streamlining data sharing and financial tracking.
