  • Develop both Retool applications and integrate them with all 3rd party services in 2 months.
  • Design and implement a user-friendly interface with expandable rows, easy data entry, and interaction capabilities for viewing and editing information.

Our Retool developers built a comprehensive system for tracking inbound deals and managing relationships with potential founders. We implemented two main dashboards using Retool:

Titan Dashboard:

PeopleFlow Talent Dashboard:

  • Automate data ingestion from tools like PhantomBuster to capture LinkedIn data of potential founders.
  • Create a user interface for tracking interactions and managing follow-ups with potential candidates.
  • Implement workflows for automated ranking and recommendations based on predefined criteria, enhancing the efficiency of outreach efforts.

Automated Workflows and Reporting:

  • Set up workflows for parsing forwarded emails, automating deal logging, and notifying stakeholders of essential updates.
  • Develop dynamic reporting and visualization tools to monitor deal flow and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Retool: Primary platform for building both the Titan and PeopleFlow dashboards.

  • PhantomBuster: This is for scraping LinkedIn data and integrating it into the PeopleFlow dashboard.
